Kim Woodard

Coach Kim Woodard is a crucial member of our coaching staff here at Cherokee Bluff. She brings with her years of playing and coaching experience.

Coach Woodard started her softball career at West Hall High School where she made a name for herself in the softball community. She was a member of a squad that finished 3rd place in 2002. After high school, Coach Woodard tallied impressive stats at LaGrange College. Over the course of her playing career from 2003-2007, she received many accolades such as GSAC Freshman of the Year, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association 2nd-Team All Region, and the GSAC Player of the Year just to name a few of them. Coach Woodard was also nominated for the GSAC All-Conference team all four years of her career at LaGrange College. She was a member of the GSAC Conference Championship team in 2007.

After she finished her outstanding playing career, Coach Woodard joined the coaching staff at LaGrange College from 2007-2009. The Panthers won the conference championship both seasons while she was on staff. From LaGrange College, Coach Woodard made her way to Maryville College where she was named the Head Coach of the Scots. She led the Scots from 2009-2013. After her stint in Maryville, Coach Woodard returned home to Gainesville where she led several different Middle School programs until she found her home here at Cherokee Bluff!

When she's not on the ball field, Coach Logan enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Sadie and Abby.
